Banc d’essai(s), the start-up incubator at ENSA Paris-la Villette, reflects its own ethos : committed, open to a wide range of activities and focused on contemporary issues.
Objectives
The Banc d’essai(s) incubator offers personalised support to architecture graduates who wish to set up or develop a freelance business within the architecture sector. Incubatees benefit from entrepreneurship-specific services and tools provided by professional practitioners, as well as feedback from alumni who act as mentors. The incubator aims to eventually build a network of partners based on the social and solidarity economy. Established in 2025, it complements existing incubators at other architecture schools.
